After a successful career employed across various industries, I went solo in 2017, founding Lacuna Creative to provide Executive and Operational Assistance to individuals who need a more flexible support structure than the traditional 9-5.

There was an instant demand for the tailor-made support I provide, and I soon had a full roster of clients reaping the benefits of having an EA and Operational Expert on hand in a way that worked for them. From taking care of the day-to-day so they could focus on strategic initiatives, to streamlining and future-proofing operational processes to support rapid growth, my clients went from strength-to-strength.

 

Then the pandemic forced a pause, and I decided to return to full-time office work to develop my operational skills.

I stepped-in to the position of Head of Operations at a boutique investment SME in growth phase. In just 18 months, I streamlined and improved the operational processes, paving way for rapid but sustainable growth, which saw turnover double during that period.

Having future-proofed the continued growth of the company, I handed over the reins in 2022 and brought Lacuna Creative out of hibernation.

Since then, I've worked with a wonderful mix of clients. Including HNWIs, CEOs, Entrepreneurs, NPOs, and SMEs across various industries, creatives such as Actors, Writers and Producers, and Execs in some of the world's largest financial firms.
