After a successful career across various industries, I went solo in 2017, founding Lacuna Creative to provide creative and sustainable support to individuals who need a more flexible approach than the traditional 9-5.

After steady success working with SMEs helping with everything from traditional EA tasks, to PR and marketing support, photography, and digital content creation, the pandemic in 2020 forced a pause. I returned to full-time office work..

​

I stepped-in to the position of Head of Operations at a boutique finance SME in growth phase. In just 18 months, I streamlined and improved the operational processes, paving way for rapid but sustainable growth, which saw turnover double during that period.

​

Having future-proofed the continued growth of the company, I handed over the reins in 2022 and brought Lacuna Creative out of hibernation.

​

Since then, I've worked with a wonderful mix of clients. Including HNWIs, CEOs, Entrepreneurs, NPOs, and SMEs across various industries, creatives such as Actors, Writers and Producers, and Execs in some of the world's largest financial firms.

All of them needed a helping hand to wade through the overwhelm and carve out an obstacle-free path to do what they do best, achieve the goals they've set their heart on and reclaim the freedom of time.
